Engineering Capabilities

We offer a full complement of engineering support services that produces quality results that are representative of our project driven philosophy. We have the expertise to take on offshore or onshore projects from start to finish – from conceptual studies to startup and commissioning.

We promote open communication with other team members, vendors, clients and fabricators to assure project success. Our quality engineering design deliverables promote error-free fabrication, constructability and installation. Our capability in engineering includes:

• Economic and Technical Feasibility Studies: prospect evaluation and selection, feasibility, scheme development, option selection, cost reduction & optimization, budget cost and schedule definition
• Conceptual Design & Development: Full-Scheme Development, Process Flow Diagrams (PFD), Heat and Mass Balances, Plot Plan Development, Equipment List and Definitive Cost & Schedule
• Front End Engineering & Design (FEED): engineering definition to piping and instrumentation diagrams (P&ID), Layouts, Long-Lead Requisitions and Preparation of Bid Documents
• Detailed Engineering & Design: Project Management, Process, Piping, Pipeline, Mechanical, HVAC, Civil/Structural, Electrical, Instrumentation & Control Systems Engineering

SPED: We prepare our trainees for the SPED (Society of Piping Engineers & Designers) certification examinations, and guide and mentor them throughout their certification process.
